🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
Campaigns & Branding
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Ensure all campaigns align with PlayMade’s brand objectives and growth plans
Systems & Operations
- Manage in-store POS and kiosk systems (product listings, visuals, updates)
- Support smooth day-to-day marketing and retail operations
Analytics & Insights
- Track campaign performance, analyse results, and turn data into action
- Continuously optimise strategies to drive growth
Social Media & Community
- Create, manage, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (XHS), and Facebook
- Engage with customers and respond to enquiries promptly (yes, even on weekends—we value our fans ❤️)
Brand Expansion
- Support regional expansion initiatives
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager on new market launches
Trends & Innovation
- Monitor competitor and industry trends
- Recommend fresh ideas to boost engagement and brand relevance
Promotions & Production
- Coordinate promotions, creative production, influencers, paid ads, CRM, in-app messaging, and offline collaterals
Admin & Events
- Support marketing admin, event execution, and ad-hoc projects
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaigns or marketing operations
- Comfortable with POS systems, website updates and operational processes
- Social-media savvy with hands-on experience in digital engagement & ads
- Bonus skills: Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, video editing tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Passion for F&B, beverages and bubble tea culture
- Fast learner, positive attitude, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
