Job summary

A prominent HR services company in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage various HR functions including performance management and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a degree from a recognized institution and at least 3 years of HR generalist experience. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. This role offers a competitive salary starting from $3,000, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm.

Location: Sims Avenue (Nearest MRT: Eunos)
Salary: From $3,000 (as per experienced)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, performance management, employee relations and talent management
• Partner with business stakeholders on HR advisory, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Implement and review HR policies, processes, and initiatives in line with business needs and statutory requirements
• Monitor manpower budgets and maintain accurate HR records and reports
• Analyse manpower data and recommend HR improvements

Requirements

• Degree from a recognised institution
• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR compliance
• Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality or service industries is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
