Accounting and Finance Operations
  • Manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions related to household operations
  • This includes recording expenses, maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and monitoring available funds for household needs
Expenditure Analysis & Compliance Monitoring
  • Establish proper procedures for monitoring and analyzing household expenditures
  • Identify anomalies, inefficiencies, and potential overspending
  • Highlight red flags and provide recommendations to ensure spending remains aligned with budgetary expectations
  • Review the process to simplify yet keep the check and balance
Household Procurement and Logistics Process and System
  • Review household procurement system, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management for goods and services
Finance Investment
  • Tracking, reporting, and verifying investment recommendations
Job Requirements
  • Master's degree in finance/accountancy/business from a reputable university
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Working experience in reputable private banking or business consultancy would be an advantage
