We are a design team serving Shopee sellers and operations. Through user-centred design, in-depth research, experimentation, testing, and validation of product design, we are dedicated to providing sellers with a better user experience in Shopee.

Job Description

  • Familiar with e-commerce business models and corresponding user journeys, with extreme attention and sensitivity to user experience
  • Collaborate closely with our seller services team to conceptualise and design business -to-business (B2B) products that address specific market needs
  • Refine visual designs, UI/UX prototypes, and product specifications with a clear focus on enhancing user experience and client satisfaction
  • Engage in design thinking processes to solve complex challenges and contribute innovative solutions to our products
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and emerging industries to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in UI/UX Design or a related field
  • Experience in user-centric project design or relevant internship/work experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and creative abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong logical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex design challenges
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from Asia
  • Interest in and awareness of emerging industries and technologies
