Overview

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the smooth functioning, management and operations of the assigned Business Unit / Department covering administration, prompt invoicing, debtor aging and prompt recovery, facilities and operations management, and procurement, in line with Group’s policy.
  • Accountable and responsible to manage the Profit & Loss of assigned Business Unit / Department.
  • Manage and ensure effective and efficient resource deployment (manpower, equipment, etc.) for day to day operations.
  • Responsible to meet the customers’ key performance indicator (KPI), scope of work, and other requirement.
  • Responsible to plan and implement operational set-up (new business or expansion).
  • Responsible to maintain good business relationship with the current existing customers through regular engagement.
  • Responsible to retain and expand the business volume with current existing customers.
  • Responsible to formulate long and short term strategies and capture new business leads for the growth of the Business Unit / Department.
  • Responsible to attend to customer or external party inquiries / feedback promptly.
  • Responsible to constantly review the Business Unit / Department rate / pricing policy to ensure competitiveness and recommend changes as required.
  • Responsible to understand the market situation and feedback pertaining to the Business Unit / Department.
  • Assist on any local or regional business RFQ / opportunities as assigned by the Senior Management.
  • Ensure that all the licensee or business permit required for the operations of the Business Unit / Department are applied for and renewed accordingly based on Government Regulations.
  • Responsible to manage the Business Risk and Compliance for the Business Unit / Department.
  • Prepare the Management Report of the Business Unit / Department based on the requirement of Senior Management.
  • Responsible for the training of the employees under the Business Unit / Department and provide motivation as when necessary.
