Job summary

A service coordination company in Singapore seeks a Transport Services Coordinator to manage transport requests for children in out-of-home placements.   • Be a part ofa team that coordinates transport services for children in out-of-home placement, ensuring smooth logistics and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all transport requests, including setting up communication channels and handling related administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to arrange necessary transport services for children and ensure timely execution of services.
  • Address inquiries and provide on-the-ground support when needed, including being on standby to transport children, including those with special needs or behavioral challenges, for school, medical/psychological appointments, and visits with parents.
  • Maintain and update the database of transport requests.
  • Assist in generating statistics for management reporting and support the review of transport policies.
  • Collaborate on tech solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of transport processes.
  • Verify claims and manage related administrative duties.
  • Provide support across the Vendor Management unit and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Skilled in using technology such as Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and other tools to manage large datasets effectively.
  • Capable of working independently while also collaborating seamlessly with teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English for clear communication.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, volunteers, and vendors.
