Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior executive leadership with full commercial and financial accountability for complex transport mobilisation and transition programmes within highly regulated operating environments.
  • Establish and lead enterprise-level programme and PMO governance, including assurance, reporting, integrated scheduling, and risk management across large-scale transport initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end transport operational readiness, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance requirements are achieved from the start of service delivery.
  • Oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of major transport operational facilities and enabling infrastructure, including design interfaces, construction delivery, and commissioning.
  • Manage concurrent, multi-location transport programmes, controlling interdependencies, resourcing, and critical-path risk across complex delivery portfolios.
  • Act as the senior point of accountability for transport regulators, executive stakeholders, delivery partners, and suppliers, leading commercial negotiations, performance management, and issue resolution.
Job Requirements:
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience delivering large-scale transport infrastructure, capital works, and operational transition programmes, including multi-location initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in transport operations, infrastructure delivery, and systems integration, with proven capability in achieving operational readiness.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programmes, managing interdependencies, critical-path risk, and fixed regulatory or contractual deadlines.
  • Advanced expertise in transport operations and mobilisation, with a strong track record of working with regulators, executive teams, and delivery partners.
  • Experience operating at senior management level, leading large teams and taking full commercial, financial, and performance accountability.
