Transformation & Business Projects Executive / Manager

Location: West, Singapore

Industry: Diversified Group – Manufacturing, Distribution & Trading (Established Local Organisation)

Our client is a well-established Singapore-based group with a diverse portfolio spanning manufacturing, distribution, and trading activities across the region. With evolving business needs and a strong focus on transformation, process optimisation, and commercial performance, they are seeking a highly driven Transformation & Business Projects Executive / Manager to support strategic initiatives across the organisation.

About the Role

This role sits at the Group level and reports directly to the Managing Director. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, data-driven analysis, and managing cross-functional projects. You will play a key role in supporting transformation, business improvement, and operational excellence initiatives across the company’s various business units.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Operational Projects
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of group-level transformation and business improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Prepare and present project findings, updates, and recommendations to the Managing Director and key stakeholders.
2. Business & Sales Analysis
  • Gather and analyse sales performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support commercial decision‑making.
  • Provide insights to improve sales performance, operational effectiveness, and overall business outcomes.
3. Financial & Performance Analysis
  • Review key financial and operational metrics to assess business health and progress.
  • Assist in evaluating ROI, profitability, and cost‑optimisation efforts.
  • Work closely with Finance and the leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
4. Communication & Reporting
  • Deliver clear, timely, and accurate updates on project progress.
  • Prepare presentations, management reports, and insights for leadership reviews.
  • Support effective communication and collaboration amongst different departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations improvement, transformation projects, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional levels.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑driven, resourceful, and eager to contribute to group-wide transformation initiatives.
