Role purpose

Lead the implementation, monitoring, and compliance of transfer pricing across global operations. Ensure accurate intercompany pricing, timely transfer pricing adjustments, and robust documentation in line with local and international tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in operational transfer pricing, and cross-border transactions, with an emphasis on aligning execution with transfer pricing policies.

What you will do
  • Operational Execution & Compliance: Implement and monitor transfer pricing policies for all intercompany transactions (tangible goods, services, and management fees). Manage quarter- and year-end TP adjustments to maintain arm’s-length profitability across entities. Support transfer price setting to ensure compliance with both TP policies and customs requirements.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain Local Files and Master File in accordance with OECD guidelines and local requirements. Support annual benchmarking, functional and economic analyses with internal and external advisors. Handle transfer pricing information requests for internal audits, statutory audits, and tax authority requests.
  • Systems & Process Improvement: Partner with IT and finance systems teams to automate TP calculations, data collection, and reporting. Monitor intercompany profitability and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency. Support system implementations or upgrades affecting intercompany or TP processes.
  • Audit & Risk Management: Support tax audits, APAs, MAPs, and controversy matters with detailed transactional and policy information. Mitigate TP risk by ensuring compliance with global and local regulations and governance.
What you bring

Experience

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in transfer pricing compliance (operational TP, TP adj, TP documentation, intercompany transactions).
  • Technical knowledge of OECD TP Guidelines, BEPS action items.
  • Familiarity with customs valuation and alignment with TP policies.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management and effectively working in a matrix organization.
  • International, ideally global work experience.
