Job description

Singapore’s Elite Cyber Training Program is where the next wave of cybersecurity talent gets built in partnership with CSA. Through hands-on training, real-world challenges, and mentorship from industry experts, we help high-potential youth grow into confident cyber professionals and compete on national and international stages.

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-centric, and organized Program Manager who enjoys bringing programs to life, building strong relationships, and creating great learning experiences from start to finish.

The Role

As the Training Program Manager, you’ll be the bridge that connects learners, trainers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You’ll keep the program running smoothly, help ideas turn into action, and make sure participants feel supported at every stage, from recruitment all the way to alumni engagement.

You’ll work closely with academic team, coordinate multiple training and competition tracks, and continuously improve the learner journey. If you enjoy balancing structure with creativity and working with motivated people, this role will feel at home.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management
  • Lead cross-functional projects spanning training operations, assessments, competitions, and outreach activities.
  • Oversee scheduling, logistics, and execution for all training tracks, ensuring seamless delivery at scale.
  • Manage timelines, workflows, and KPIs across program streams, ensuring exceptional learner and partner experiences.
Learner Journey
  • Own the engagement lifecycle: Trainee recruitment, onboarding, training support, motivation boosting, and alumni activation.
  • Maintain communication channels (Discord/Slack, email, LMS announcements) that foster connection and clarity.
  • Support Marketing Team in creating monthly newsletters, spotlights, and storytelling moments showcasing achievements and community impact.
CTF Competition & Certification Coordination
  • Oversee administrative aspects of CTF and cyber competitions: registration, travel (if relevant), team performance monitoring, and post-event analysis.
  • Coordinate certification preparation events, workshops, practice sessions, and logistics.
Reporting & Administrative Excellence
  • Maintain dashboards, operational reports, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity across LMS, CRM, attendance systems, and assessment tools.
  • Support compliance, documentation, and reporting for institutional or sponsor requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in project management or program delivery.
  • Background or passion for cybersecurity, competitions, or tech talent development (advantageous but not required).
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills; thrives in complex environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a relationship-first approach.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools (LMS, Slack/Discord, Google Workspace, dashboards)
Personal Attributes
  • A natural connector who loves building relationships and ecosystems.
  • High emotional intelligence and an ability to inspire and motivate learners.
  • A proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented thinker.
  • Energised by fast-paced, mission-driven work.
