Responsibilities

• Assist in closing monthly accounts.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets.
• Assist with GST filing and statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly payments and bank reconciliations.
• Compile management reports.

Job description

Job scope:

1. Assisting in the closing of monthly accounts
2. Preparation of cash flow forecasts and budgetary process
3. Assisting in the preparation of GST filing, corporate duties such as ACRA and other statutory filing requirements
4. Preparation of monthly payment and bank reconciliation
5. Preparation of management reports

Training schemes:

1. Successful candidate will be guided gradually to prepare the above
2. Every month , the candidate will be train on different aspects of accounting, tax and corporate finance
3. Training includes preparation of management presentation using power point and other Microsoft tools
4. Will be mentored by qualified Financial lead
5. Upon completion of 6 months training the candidate should be able to prepare simple set of accounts in auditable standards.
6. Successful candidate will be considered for permanent role upon completion of training program.
