A leading airline service provider in Singapore is seeking to hire an Operations Coordinator to manage work schedules for Operations Assistants, Drivers, and Cleaning Teams. Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate work schedule to the Operations Assistants, Drivers and Cleaning Teams
• Check aircraft movement, circular / notices from the incoming telexes issued by the airlines
• Provide information and assist the Duty Manager when there is any flight delay
• Ensure that OT hours for staff are raised accurately when they are entitled to
• Ensure proper handover of flight deployment status and key things to note (e.g. cleaning not done, VVIP handling etc.) to the next shift
• Ensure AIC stores have sufficient stock of Airline items and cleaning supplies for daily AIC operation
• Conduct monthly stock check of all Airlines' items in the store and provide inventory status to the Airline(s) as and when required
• Ensure warehouse management system records are up-to-date and tally with physical count every quarter to prepare for internal and airline audits
• Perform any other related duty for which the staff is qualified and detailed to do so by his/her superior.
