Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with and manage children aged 4 to 6 in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
  • Plan and implement age‑appropriate, developmental, and engaging programmes and activities holistic growth.
  • Foster positive values and provide guidance to support children's character development.
  • Set up and maintain learning environments and resources in accordance with KCare Programme safety and health standards.
  • Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication on their child’s development and achievements.
  • Facilitate both indoor and outdoor activities with active involvement to encourage participation and engagement.
  • Ensure the safety and well‑being of each child by observing for signs of illness, emotional distress, or developmental concerns, and documenting progress.
  • Maintain classroom and playground order while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Take on additional duties or special projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications / Certification
  • WSQ Student Care Centre - Early Years (EY)
  • Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE)
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DECCE‑T) or equivalent.
