As a Trade Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving brand visibility and shopper engagement across Singapore. You’ll develop and execute trade marketing initiatives that align with business objectives, working closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners. Your efforts will ensure impactful in‑store execution and support revenue growth strategies.
Design and execute trade marketing activations across all channels and product categories.
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and trade circumstances to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales Managers to provide category and shopper insights for performance improvement.
Manage POS materials, premiums, and campaign presentations to ensure timely and high‑quality execution.
Track and report store execution, share of shelf, and display compliance.
Support new product launches, promotional packs, and price changes in collaboration with Brand Marketing.
Prepare post‑activity evaluations to measure ROI and effectiveness.

Experience: 2–4 years in trade marketing or similar roles, preferably in FMCG.
Skills:
Strong analytical ability to interpret market, category, and customer trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with Nielsen software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English.
