Qualifications

• 20+ years of global and APAC experience in leading Trade Finance delivery management.
• Strong understanding of Core Banking systems, especially in Corporate Lending and CASA domains.
• Proven experience leading BA and Architecture teams in large-scale transformation programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design, development and implementation lifecycle for new solutions.
• Define and track delivery milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams.
