Tracey's Regression Testing (WD73528)

Business Function: Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage many of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and developers/vendors for solution planning and integration.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.
• Liaise between business and technical teams to facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles as they occur.
• Plan and manage the testing effort within the context of each release/delivery.
• Ensure the UAT environments, and required data setup are available to support testing.
• Perform end‑to‑end test execution, reporting and test sign‑off.
• Report test status and highlight risks.

Requirements
