The ideal candidate will drive market growth by developing new clients and maintaining existing relationships, ensuring successful sales targets. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree and have at least three years of international sales experience, preferably in ICT or related fields. Proficiency in English and familiarity with APAC markets are essential, along with strong negotiation and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive market development and sales for data center thermal management equipment and solutions (chillers, precision air conditioners, liquid cooling, etc.) in Singapore.
  2. Proactively develop new clients (including operators, internet companies, IDC service providers, etc.) and maintain existing client relationships to achieve individual sales targets.
  3. Manage sales opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating technical support, quotation, bidding, contract signing, and payment collection.
  4. Gather and report local market intelligence and competitive dynamics to support the formulation of regional sales strategies and action plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of international sales experience in ICT or infrastructure products.
  • Experience in data center thermal management, power, or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with 1-2 key country markets within APAC, including Singapore.
  • Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of the local language(s) is a strong plus.
  • Solid skills in business negotiation, client engagement, and project follow‑up, with a willingness to undertake frequent business trips.
  • Existing client or channel network in the data center industry is a plus.
  • Results‑driven, self‑motivated, and a strong team player.
