Job description

Role Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
• Analyze requirements and user stories to identify gaps and create effective test scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Execute both manual and automated tests to validate product functionality.
• Identify, log, and track defects using test or bug-tracking tools.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Work with developers to create and maintain testing environments and automationframeworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the developmentlifecycle.
• Verify that products meet standards for performance, reliability, scalability, anduser experience.
• Document test procedures, test results, issues found, and provide clear reports to stakeholders.
• Suggest improvements and optimisations for both products and testing processes.

Role Requirements

• Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Test Technician/Test Engineer or in software/hardware testing.
• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
