Responsibilities

• To provide technical advice to teammembers/colleagues in supporting or leading roles and embrace a culture thatvalues teamwork.
• To develop suitable construction methodology and schedules etc, and reflectthem on tender submission.
• To carry out engineering analysis to assess thestructures' stability and load to be sustained for design and build tenders.
• To carry out engineering design according toEurocodes or relevant international design codes for design and build tenders.
• To work with the C&S consultants to developa structural scheme for structures and buildings for design and build tenders.
• To prepare temporary works design forconstruction activities for tenders.
• To prepare a technical submission and projectquality plan for tenders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in building / civil/StructuralEngineering/ Construction Management or related
• A minimum of 10-15 years related working experience in tender and projectplanning for local engineering consulting company or in CW01 A1 General contractor company
• Strong technical knowledge including ERSS, Site Utilization, Construction methodology &sequencing, project design and planning parameters and proficiency in construction programme.
• Familiar with cross disciplinary coordination, codes of practice, relevant authorities’ regulations, submission and approval procedures
• Competent user of relevant engineering software (MicrosoftProject, Power Point, etc)
• Possessed a team spirit, resolving conflicts, able to interact and work with colleagues, delegating tasks, setting project milestones and liaising with consultants at various levels
• Adopt proactive mindset, logical thinking, problem solving, and meticulous in technical planning and attentive in details
• A proponent of lean principles, value engineering and value-added mindset to improve efficiency and productivity.
