Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tender & Business Development Executive to oversee and manage the entire tendering process while driving business development initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills, as you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and Customer Service teams, to ensure compliance and timely submission of tenders. Additionally, you will support lead generation, build relationships with external partners, and identify new business opportunities to drive overall company growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end tender management process, including document preparation, bid submission, and post-tender follow-ups, and debriefing sessions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Review contracts, NDAs, and agreements to mitigate risks, ensure alignment with company objectives, and identify opportunities for value addition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, etc.) to gather necessary information, secure approvals, and align on tender strategies for submission.
  • Maintain a centralized database of tender documents, agreements, contracts, and performance metrics to streamline future submissions and improve tracking.
  • Continuously improve tendering and business development processes by implementing best practices and efficiency measures.
  • Drive lead generation efforts by proactively identifying potential opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking activities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external partners, including government agencies, chambers of commerce, embassies, and other companies, to uncover new business leads and create mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Conduct market analysis to assess industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs, ensuring the company remains ahead in identifying high-potential leads.
What You Bring

  • Experience working with external partners, such as government agencies, chambers of commerce, or embassies, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong in both written and spoken English.
