A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Temp Recruiter for a 6-month role. You will partner with hiring managers and source candidates, screen resumes, and manage candidate pipelines. Prior experience in the semi-conductor or manufacturing industry is preferred. The position is based in Admiralty and offers a competitive salary of up to $5.5K.

Overview

Temp Recruiter (6 months), Up $5.5K

Work Location: Admiralty

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Perform end to end recruitment.

Requirements

• Preferably with prior experience from semi-conductor or manufacturing industry, experience in recruiting blue collar positions (mainly engineers, and some support function roles).
