Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and orientate visitors/patients upon arrival.
• Assist with online pre-registration and checking in.
• Ensure crowd control and proper queue management.
• Assist with way-finding around the hospital.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment.
• Handle enquiries or feedback.
• Conduct checks of waiting area and toilets.
