Job Title: Temporary Junior Research Assistant

Job Title (Position): Part-Time Qualitative Interviewer


Position Type: Part-Time



Responsibilities


  • Conduct qualitative interviews with patients, adhering to established interview protocols.

  • Accurately record and transcribe interview data.

  • Assist in the development and refinement of interview guides and related materials, in collaboration with the research team.

  • Collaborate with the research team to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.



Qualifications


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with respondents (patients and healthcare professionals)

  • Comfortable conducting interviews independently.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and in teams.

  • Familiarity with ethical standards related to data collection and respondent privacy.

  • Proficient in Chinese or Malay language is essential as the position will work with Mandarin-/Malay-speaking patients

  • Experience in qualitative research or interviewing is mandatory; further training will be provided.



Additional Information


  • Please note that this is a part-time contract (1 month) requiring commitment of up to 24 working hours per week.

  • You will need to undergo a selection interview.
