Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative interviews with patients, adhering to established interview protocols.
- Accurately record and transcribe interview data.
- Assist in the development and refinement of interview guides and related materials, in collaboration with the research team.
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with respondents (patients and healthcare professionals)
- Comfortable conducting interviews independently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Familiarity with ethical standards related to data collection and respondent privacy.
- Proficient in Chinese or Malay language is essential as the position will work with Mandarin-/Malay-speaking patients
- Experience in qualitative research or interviewing is mandatory; further training will be provided.
Additional Information
- Please note that this is a part-time contract (1 month) requiring commitment of up to 24 working hours per week.
- You will need to undergo a selection interview.

Remuneration
