Offered Salary

S$3,800 to $4,500 per month (Depending on qualifications and experience & subject to client’s approval)

Requirements
  • Uni Students and/or fresh graduates
  • Strong command of written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Experience in project management. Prior exposure to Agile development (e.g. sprint planning) and UAT coordination is advantageous
  • Proficiency in content management systems and digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic project environment
Job Description

Role Overview: Provide comprehensive support to the MOF project team in the modernisaation of the Instruction Manual (IM) Portal, which is developed using Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with developers to refine user stories and define acceptance criteria for each sprint.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the new Content Management System (CMS) for every release.
  • Coordinate user engagement sessions with content owners across Whole-of-Government (WOG) agencies to:
  • Validate functional and content requirements;

  • Showcase new features; and

  • Confirm the accuracy of migrated content.

  • Partner with the Change Management team to:
  • Draft and disseminate regular email communications; and

    Develop training and briefing materials as needed.

  • Manage the project’s Microsoft Teams channel, ensuring timely responses to user queries and feedback.
