Job Description

• Responsible for financial and management reporting of AP Oil companies

• Financial consolidation, prepare AP Oil Group and subgroup financial statements (including cash flow statement and segmental report) in accordance with IFRS.

• Prepare half annual and annual financial statements of AP Oil Group for SGX announcement.

• Performs monthly financial variance analysis of AP Oil companies.

• Prepare annual reports, statutory financial statements for shareholders meeting; and statutory audits including liaising with internal and external auditors.

• Prepare tax computation to comply timely with IRAS ECI and Income tax returns requirements, optimize tax filing and claim submission

• Prepares quarterly Flash report and analysis to support reporting and analysis of the business.

• Participate quality and efficiency improvement of the financial reporting process.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/Qualified CA/CPA and/or CFA

• Minimum 3-4 years’ relevant working experience in a similar capacity.

• Intermediate to advanced hands‑on working knowledge of financial consolidation is a must.

• Meticulous and analytical with numbers.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge, with demonstrated ability to organize data is preferred.
