Job summary

A personnel services company in Singapore is seeking an individual to support High Needs Students in a school environment. This role involves designing and implementing activities that promote social-emotional skills, providing a positive adult figure for students, and collaborating with school staff to ensure well-being. Ideal candidates will possess relevant educational qualifications, experience in counseling, and demonstrated ability in creating engaging programs. Working hours are from 1:30pm to 5:00pm on weekdays.

Job description
Job Scope
  • Design and implement activities in the school’s UPLIFT Room so as to provide High Needs Students (HNS) with a safe and conducive place to be in after school hours
  • During these activities, to also engage and build rapport with HNS so as to educate, equip, and empower them with pro-social skills and resilience.
  • Provide HNS with a positive adult figure that they can look to for support and in times of need (e.g., social-emotional support, positive role model).
  • Work closely with school staff to follow up on any concerns relating to the student (e.g., safety and well-being)
Requirements
  • Educational qualification certificates/transcripts, testimonials that are relevant in supporting HNS (e.g., counselling, trained to build socio-emotional skills)
  • Able to design and implement activities for the drop-in centre (please provide sample or programme outlines to demonstrate this)
  • Experience in working with and supporting HNS. Please provide examples such as place of employment in supporting HNS (e.g., track record of the contractor’s personnel)
  • Current company’s experience in providing related Manpower services (e.g., track record of the company)
Working Hours

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 1:30pm to 5:00pm

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays and school holidays / school admin days

Contract Period

23 Feb 2026 to 17 Nov 2026 (Option to extend from the period 1 Jan 2027 to 20 Nov 2027)
