  • Coordinate engagement activities with agencies and ministries.
  • Assist with strategic planning activities.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

What the role is:

The Smart Nation Group – Digital Government (SNDG), under the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and administratively managed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), plans and prioritizes key Smart Nation and digital government projects, raises the standards of Government ICT and services, builds long-term capabilities for the public sector, and promotes adoption and participation in digital and smart innovations. It takes a whole-of-nation effort, and we will actively engage the public, the industry and fellow agencies as we build a Smart Nation together. This temp position is under the Strategy, Policy and Resourcing Division of Smart Nation Group.

What you will be working on:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for training programmes, including managing participant registration and maintaining attendance records and handling enquiries from participants.
  • Coordinate training logistics including venue bookings, catering arrangements, and equipment setup.
  • Process and maintain accurate documentation for the training programme, including participant information, feedback forms, assessment records, and certification requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and trainers to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Support budget tracking and administrative payments related to the training programme, including processing claims, invoices, and purchase orders according to established procedures.
  • Coordinate engagement activities with agencies and ministries, including preparing administrative materials and managing event logistics.
  • Assist with coordination of strategic planning activities and initiatives.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
