Job Description

• Report to laboratory or radiographer in-charge
• Provide frontline customer service and patients' general enquiries
• Register patients for consultation
• Cashier duties which include reconciliation of daily cash collection, preparing bank-in lists and depositing of cheques and cash
• Registration of patients, helping to reschedule appointments
• Any ad‑hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-/A-Levels or Diploma in any discipline
• Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry
• Willing to travel and work on weekends
• Able to stand for long hours
• Experience in customer service or healthcare industry
