Our client is a Construction Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Temp HR Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Job Scope:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and coordinating offers.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (preparation of contracts, documentation, exit clearance).
  • Handle employee data entry and updates in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in monthly HR reports, tracking of leave, and payroll-related data collation.
  • Provide administrative support for HR policies, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors when required.
  • Support HR team with any ad-hoc projects or assignments.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience (recruitment, HR operations, or admin support); fresh graduates with HR internship experience may also be considered.
  • Familiar with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee records management.
