Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage safety trainings with coordination.
• Maintain and update training records for accurate tracking.
• Assist in developing automated reminders for training.
• Development of bots to classify data and enhance visualization.
• Support recognition programs for workplace safety contributions.
• Plan events to raise safety awareness among staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Organise and manage safety trainings, including coordinating with trainers, booking venues, and tracking attendance.
• Maintain and update training records to ensure accurate tracking of staff completion.
• Assist in developing and testing automated reminders for staff who need training.
• Development of bots that classify data and enhance data visualization to end users.
• Support recognition programs for staff contributions to workplace safety.
• Assist in planning events and activities to raise safety awareness among staff.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
