Responsibilities

• Prepare PRFs for non-trade payments like insurance and cleaning services.
• Prepare PRFs for trade payments and consolidate documentation for audits.
• Download all tax invoices from retailers’ portals.
• Download goods return invoices and assist the Operations team.
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Temp 3-6 Months Finance Assistant (up to $3000) #NJE

• Prepare PRFs for non-trade payments (e.g. insurance, cleaning services, courier, marketing expenses, etc.)
• Prepare PRFs for trade payments – download POs and supplier invoices from ERP, and consolidate complete documentation for audit purposes (e.g. scanning all supplier invoices, BL/DO, packing lists in PDF).
• Download all tax invoices (AP) from retailers’ portals such as Watsons, Guardian, NTUC, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Download all goods return invoices from retailers’ portals and forward them to the Operations team for CN issuance to customers.
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
