Cold Calling & Market Research: Identify leads and gather business insights.
Opportunity Development: Support sales in qualifying leads and collecting customer needs.
Sales Support: Prepare materials, follow up on inquiries, and manage daily admin tasks.
Invoicing & Payment: Coordinate with billing team to ensure timely payments and invoice follow-ups.
Meeting Scheduling: Arrange meetings between prospects and senior sales staff.
Event Support: Assist during logistics events and promotional activities.
Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience, preferably in global logistics.
Comfortable with cold calling and customer outreach.
Knowledge of freight forwarding and billing is a plus.
Good command of English; both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
Proactive with excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
