What You Would Do

Job Description

As a Telemarketer, you will be the first touch point for many of our prospective clients. Your key mission is to help our clients understand how GaiGai’s services can add value to their dating lives. You should be someone who loves talking to people and can confidently promote our dating services.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Cultivation

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaign, social media, or website inquiries
• Make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce GaiGai’s matchmaking services and deliver overview sales presentation

Pre-sales

• Follow up closely with warm leads and schedule consultations with our Relationship Managers
• Share primary information such as dating goals and client information with Relationship Managers to ensure proper handover of client data

Performance Tracking

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes
• Meet call and conversion targets

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English. Additional languages (e.g. Mandarin) are a bonus
• Positive attitude and self-motivated and driven
• Ability to thrive under pressure, maintain motivation and confidence in the face of objection/rejection
• Strong team player with ability to foster trust and collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders
