Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking a Telemarketer in Singapore. The role involves conducting outbound telemarketing calls for banking-related products while maintaining accurate records and achieving sales targets. A minimum of 1 year relevant experience is required. Compensation ranges from $1800 to $2200 plus commission. This position is work from home and offers a structured working schedule from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telemarketing or sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls for banking-related products and services.
• Introduce and explain banking products clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads.
• Set appointments or refer interested customers to the sales team.
• Follow up with warm leads when required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.
• Comply with company policies and basic banking compliance guidelines.

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 10am – 6pm

Location: Work from home (WFH)
