As a Telecom Billing Specialist at Infosys, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Telecom Billing systems such as Singleview Billing, Kenan Billing, CSGI, IME, Competel, Mediation, BSCS, Varicent ICM, and Matrixx to address customer issues effectively. Your role involves diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful deployment to achieve client satisfaction.Your typical day will involve crafting proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and addressing queries related to requirements and design. You will also conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and provide effort estimates that align with customer budget constraints and organizational financial guidelines.You will play a key role in leading small projects, participating in organizational initiatives, and delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients.
