About the job Technology Project Specialist (Punggol)

The Technology Project Specialist will support IT and technology project delivery, managing smaller IT projects independently and assisting in larger initiatives, including software development and cybersecurity platform implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and document IT projects, tracking progress and reporting updates
• Support cross‑functional teams on schedules, milestones, and compliance
• Coordinate stakeholder and vendor communications, meetings, and deliverables
• Track budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
• Assist in software development lifecycle activities, testing, and deployment
• Support SIEM/SOAR platform testing and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 12 years IT experience (internships accepted)
• Familiar with software development lifecycle, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), networking concepts, project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com), Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
• Security clearance required

Preferred

• Project management certification (CAPM/PMP)
• Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Programming knowledge, DevOps/CI/CD, version control (Git/SVN)
• Cybersecurity concepts and SIEM/SOAR platform experience
• Multitasking and deadline management
• Clear technical and business communication
• Problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Team collaboration with technical specialists
