KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an SAP Director to join our leadership team. You are expected to manage SAP Practice comprising of sales, delivery management and people management. You will be responsible for the P&L for our practice and work independently and create our set of clients. Working closely with KPMG Leadership to get their buy-in in the vision for the practice building and investment plan.

Position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Building on relationships with ecosystem and with the prospective clients
  • Develop and align the SAP strategy with the overall business goals and objectives of the organization. Create a roadmap for SAP implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Oversee the delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes.
  • Leading proposals with a good understanding of SAP Solution Architecture, SAP implementation methodology and SAP Modules
  • Lead and manage a team of SAP professionals, including SAP consultants, analysts, developers, and administrators. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the team.
  • Experience in selling and positioning SAP within business-oriented solutions
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and address any concerns or escalations effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in support of multiple projects at a time
  • Stay informed about the latest SAP trends, technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the SAP landscape.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven track record of 15 to 20 years in SAP sales and delivery roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership positions.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Strong understanding best practices, capabilities of SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Relevant experience in professional services or technology consulting is an advantage
