Job summary

A leading technology services provider in Singapore seeks a technician to provide technical services including installation and maintenance for systems and workstations. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Electronic Engineering and 1-2 years of experience. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, scheduling maintenance based on contracts, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Bilingualism in English and Mandarin is required for communication with Taiwan headquarters.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma holder in Electronic Engineering or related fields.
• Preferably with 1 or 2 years of working experience.
• Able to work in a team.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin due to communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical services including installation & maintenance services on systems, workstations, PC, LANs, etc.
• Handles customer and channel sales' queries on service details and work progress.
• Performs housekeeping administrative jobs to ensure compliance of internal policies and procedures.
• Schedules maintenance jobs based on customer needs and contractual agreements.
• Determines usage of parts & labour for repairs and recommend service changes.
• Escalates problems as appropriate.
