Job description

Job Descriptions:-

• Interpret and follow assembly instructions, schematic diagrams, and technical specifications
• Use hand tools and equipment proficiently for assembly tasks
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes and implement changes
• Perform system rack assembly and testing, including troubleshooting when required
• Support 5S and workplace safety practices
• Lead and guide operators to meet quality and productivity standards
• Complete all required documentation and records for production
• Assist in basic electronics assembly tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:-

• Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 year of relevant experience or training
• Practical experience in electrical and electronics assembly is required
• Competent in MS Office and Google Sheets or equivalent
• Knowledge or experience in SAP and MES systems is preferred
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team
• Open to work overtime when required
