We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide after-sales technical support and customer application assistance for engineering plastics across ASEAN and India. This role is customer-facing and service-oriented, requiring strong technical fundamentals and flexibility in working hours.
Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and application guidance to customers.
Conduct basic failure analysis, benchmarking, and molding trials when required.
Support customers with material selection, processing advice, and application performance.
Work closely with the commercial team to support customer retention and sales targets.
Deliver technical presentations and training to customers and distributors.
Participate in customer meetings and entertainment after office hours.
Support trade shows and technical marketing activities.
Diploma or above in Polymer, Plastics, or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in plastics application, injection molding, or technical customer support.
Fluent in English and Mandarin; Japanese (JLPT N3+) is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, customer-service mindset, and willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
