Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory testing, method development, and validation studies.
• Provide technical training and application support to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and onboarding for clients.
• Collaborate closely with Account Management and Field Service teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across APAC.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and marketing support activities.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with ISO 9001, cGMP, and company SOPs.
• Travel up to 30% across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and distributors in APAC.

Working hours: Mon to Fri, office hours. Salary: Up to $5,000.
