Industry: Lift & Escalator Services
Working Hours:
Weekdays: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Alternate Saturdays:9:00am – 12:00pm

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Consultation & Solutioning

• Provide expert technical guidance on lift selection and customization.

• Ensure solutions comply with safety and building regulations.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on design feasibility.

• Answer technical enquiries and deliver consultative sales support.

2. Project & Client Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients.

• Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth project delivery.

• Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and track market trends.

3. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and engage key stakeholders (developers, architects, consultants, contractors, FM companies).

• Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.

• Conduct site visits to provide accurate technical recommendations.

• Prepare and present proposals, technical specs, and cost-benefit analyses.

• Work with marketing to enhance brand and solution outreach.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical/B2B engineering sales.

• Strong understanding of lift systems and technical specifications.

• Experience in lift/vertical mobility/building services industry.

• Familiarity with BCA, EN81, ISO elevator standards.

• Existing industry network (developers, architects, FM).

• Willing to travel regionally when required.

• Candidates must have hands-on AutoCAD drawing experience.
