Responsibilities and Requirements

Mandatory

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and stakeholder alignment.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, infra, security) to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, communication reports, RAID logs, and governance updates.
• Act as the primary onsite contact for clients, ensuring clear, proactive communication and expectation management.
• Minimum 7 - 8 Years of relevant technical project management experience

Good To Have

• Engage in BPR workshops, requirement validation, and alignment for modular, workflow-driven platforms
• Oversee integrations with national systems, identity providers, and finance platforms as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with security-by-design, data protection, and audit requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Support coordination of multi-zone deployment, DevSecOps pipelines, and high-availability architecture reviews.
