Technical Presales Specialist
Job Summary

The Technical Presales Specialist supports the sales team by designing, presenting, and validating tailored solutions for clients across finance, payroll, grants management, IT training, and contact center services. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to translate business needs into effective solution designs using platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Tungsten Automation, Alteryx, and AWS Connect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Deliver technical demos and presentations for Workday, ServiceNow, Tungsten Automation, and Alteryx.
  • Design and document workflows, integrations, and solution architectures.
  • Assess client needs for contact center operations and propose solutions using AWS Connect, CRM tools, and automation workflows.
  • Act as the technical point of contact, addressing inquiries and building client confidence.
  • Support RFP/RFI submissions, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Work with delivery and cross-functional teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
  • Conduct internal training and create collateral such as case studies and technical documents.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Certifications in Workday, ServiceNow, or Alteryx (preferred).
  • 5+ years in presales, solution consulting, or solution architecture, ideally in BPO/MSP or consulting.
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Tungsten Automation, Alteryx, and AWS Connect.
  • Understanding of finance/payroll processes, IT training, and contact center operations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to produce technical documentation and manage multiple projects.
