Job summary

Technical Officer

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Technical Proposals and MOS
• To prepare proposal for Consultants’ approval in particular scope of works involving steel structural, architectural and RC structural
• To prepare Technical Proposal for authority approval in particular for the Department of LTA, SBST(MRT) and BCA in relation to Underground Pedestrian Linkway (UPL) & Construction of the Underpass connecting to China Square.
• Other related works involving the final phase for External Works such as Services Diversions and Construction of Drains, Traffic Diversions, Widening of Roads involving authorities such as LTA, PUB & NPark and Agencies such as Singtel, Netlink, SPPG, Starhub, SP Telecom etc.
• Maintaining BIM360 to ensure that drawings, correspondences & Authorities Records are tracked and updated.
• Any other duties may be assigned by the Project Manager

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• Minimum 3 years of Auto-CAD Draughting experience
• Minimum 3 years experience working in construction, in particular with experience in structural steel works and relevant experience in authorities submissions and compliances
