Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of software engineering experience, including system architecture design.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proven track record building large-scale enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, POS, or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end system architecture and technology decisions for enterprise platforms.
  • Design scalable, secure cloud-based solutions and integration frameworks.
  • Establish coding standards, development processes, and technical governance.
  • Lead and mentor in-house developers and coordinate with external vendors.
  • Oversee API architecture, data models, and system integrations.
  • Ensure system reliability, security, performance, and scalability.
  • Manage data migration from legacy systems and integration with third-party services.
  • Work closely with Product and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

EU Holidays is building a proprietary, cloud-based Core Travel Agency Platform to power our next phase of digital transformation. We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive system architecture, technology strategy, and hands‑on development leadership for this mission critical platform. This is a renewable contract position, offering long‑term involvement in a multi‑year digital transformation program, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance. You will lead the design and development of an integrated ERP, CRM, POS, finance, and AI enabled ecosystem that supports large‑scale travel operations and future regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end system architecture and technology decisions for enterprise platforms
