Job description

• (1) Responsible for drafting and submitting project construction plans for review, ensuring their approval.
• (2) Responsible for technical discussions with the owner, general contractor, supervisor, and PE to provide technical support for the project.
• (3) Responsible for project technical innovation, including developing technical innovation plans and overseeing their implementation.
• (4) Oversee the overall quality control of project measures, including measure erection briefing, on-site supervision, and verification. For self-made measures, provide detailed processing diagrams.
• (5) Responsible for project technical briefings, including the completion of technical briefings for both the plan and process, with documentation retained.
• (6) Responsible for compiling monthly implementation data of measures and collecting unit price data for various measures.
• (7) Gather local construction techniques, equipment, processes, and materials, and share project experience.
• (8) Provide practical solutions to technical challenges encountered during project construction.

Job Requirements

• (1) Major in construction engineering or related fields, with 5+ years of curtain wall technical experience, and has managed technical aspects for 2+ curtain wall projects.
• (2) Requires a serious and responsible work attitude, diligence, and strong communication skills.
• (3) Proficient in curtain wall design and construction techniques, with the ability to skillfully draft curtain wall construction plans and project proposals.
• (4) Proficient in curtain wall engineering technical management standards and project approval procedures.
• (5) Capable of systematically executing all technical tasks and comprehensively addressing various technical challenges in project implementation.
• (6) Proficient in using office software such as Office and AutoCAD. Candidates with operational skills in structural mechanics finite element analysis software (e.g., SAP2000) or 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino) are preferred.
• (7) Strong Chinese/English communication skills, with preference given to candidates who can effectively communicate both in writing and orally.
