As a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM), you will serve as a trusted advisor, driving a cross‑functional, unified customer experience using your technical, communication, and collaboration skills to help our customers achieve their full potential through the consumption and adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation. Upon joining our Technical Adoption Management team, you will have the opportunity to make an impact and drive change for our customers, products, and company.
During the first year, you will onboard into the TAM role and then work with your assigned customers. Through your customer engagement, you will serve as a trusted advisor, and ensure best‑in‑class execution and recommend improvements in customer’s operations that drive adoption and consumption of their investments, add additional value, improve and maintain customer health, and more:
In addition, you will continue to grow and enhance your technical knowledge and soft‑skills through Broadcom’s structured quarterly training programs.
As part of the Technical Adoption Manager team, you will be working for a long‑term period with a number of assigned customers. The activities performed are all aligned with a single purpose: to help our customers achieve their desired outcomes rapidly while using VMware by Broadcom technology.
This role will be reporting to Rahul Gupta, Senior Manager, Client Services in Singapore.
Rahul has been with VMware for 16+ years, handled different roles in support and services, strongly believes in growing a highly impactful customer success Technical Adoption Management organization in Singapore.
This role offers cross‑skilled technical learning opportunities, which allows TAM's to be part of customers’ extended operations team, drive key strategic technical initiatives, and advocate for the customer internally within VMware. The TAM team in ASIA consists of 4 Regions (Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan) with more than 50+ team members.
Leaders in the TAM organization are very supportive of their teams, driven to enable the success of their team members within their role as well as future career path. They focus on delivery excellence of TAM engagements, development and success of team members, and development/growth of the TAM business.

Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. 12+ years related experience required.
VMware Cloud Foundation Certification VCP‑VCF Administration/Architect, VCAP, or VCP/VCAP Certification on VCF solution components (vSphere, vSAN, NSX Networking, VKS, VCF Operations, etc.).
The current opening is for Singapore. It is an on‑site service offering role from VMware; hence, the TAMs will travel to the customer site within the city to cover the customer delivery.
The annual base salary range for this position is 100K(SGD) to 150K(SGD). This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
