Tech Support Admin – CREQ192162

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Authority ICT projects and operations, including finance‑related activities such as raising Cash Journal, Sales Order, Invoice processing, and procurement related documents.
  • Support the operation of this master contract and purchase orders; maintain and track contract purchase order expiry dates and termination.
  • Maintain the manpower resource requests capability training process and ensure compliance.
  • Provide operational support for manpower resource requests, interview sessions and performance appraisal.
  • Conduct preliminary checks of documentation, CVs, invoices and supporting documents.
  • Review monthly progress reports and supporting documents submitted by contractors.
  • Track utilisation of master contract and purchase orders and alert contract owner and relevant officer.
  • Keep complete records of manpower resource capability training requests.
  • Handle security clearance for candidates.
