Tech Recruiter (Open to Fresher / Mid-Career Switch)

We are looking for a motivated Tech Recruiter who is eager to grow in recruitment and the technology domain. Whether you’re a fresh graduate, a career switcher, or a senior professional with previous recruitment experience exploring recruitment opportunity, what matters most is your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

Open to fresh graduates, mid-career switchers, or senior candidates looking to bring their expertise into recruitment. Excellent communication skills – confident in engaging with candidates and clients. Willingness to learn recruitment processes, developer hiring, and market insights. Ability to meet clients face-to-face and build strong professional relationships. Open to both sales (business development) and delivery (candidate management) responsibilities. Proactive & resilient attitude – someone who enjoys problem-solving and isn’t afraid to take initiative.

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn end-to-end recruitment: from screening candidates to negotiating offers.
  • Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high-quality results.
  • Contribute to both sales and delivery, giving you a complete recruitment experience.

Week 1 – Training
